Oracle Enterprise Asset Management is a maintenance centric application which enables the organization to manage the full asset life cycle with a complete view of all types of assets and equipment. It caters to various kinds of industries such as Oil and gas, Real estate, Retail etc. Oracle eAM Implementation started in year 2003. We have consultants who have strong Maintenance Industry background and have enriched the implementation by providing industry specific solutions in Oil & Gas. Today the team is quiet matured and having ready to face challenge for any type of Industry to meet the Business requirements by providing solutions and adopting best practices in the maintenance Processes including unified coding for establishing Asset structure. Oracle HRMS Competency

 

Oracle HRMS practice started in the year 2008, when its parent company decided to move from in-house legacy HR solution to Oracle HRMS. Initial team comprise of people from HR, IT and few hired HRMS consultants. First project itself was a challenge due to complexity of business practices followed by Oil and gas industry. In addition to this, solution expectation was very high due to the maturity of the in-house application. The solution was built on Core HR and Payroll. Over a period of years, the team gained considerable experience in implementing HRMS solutions with the group. Today, this team is delivering complex projects to various internal entities across the group. Each of these projects is driven by the expertise gained through numerous full life cycle engagements and the methodologies matured across such experience.

Database Administration

 

Our Technology team acquired unique set of skills in Data Base Administration throughout the years of experience in installing, maintaining and administrating Applications and Data bases focusing on Oracle DB products.

Monitoring the database server on a regular basis to identify bottlenecks, tuning a database server on multiple levels, and analyzing the way queries against the database are coded. 

Troubleshooting 
Quick Analysis and resolution of DB issues and problems without losing data or making the situation worse. 

High Availability 
Utilizing and using techniques such as Real Application Cluster (RAC), content switch load balancer, Parallel Concurrent processing (PCP), online backups, clustering, replication, and standby databases are all tools DBA can use to ensure higher availability
